Spring Schedule and A New Home!

Untamed Balance Yoga

Starting Tuesday April 17th for 9 weeks...
Tuesday Nights

Beginner Yoga: 6:30-7:30pm
Beginner Yoga- For those who are new to yoga and looking for a place to start. Also for those who would like to continue to focus on the basic poses, breathing, stretching, strengthening and relaxation in a comfortable , non-judgemental atmosphere and at your own pace.

Open Hips, Strong Core & Other Good Stuff-Intermediate: 7:45-9:00pm
Intermediate Yoga-we will be working with basic poses adding challenging variations for strength, flexibility and balance focusing on hips and core. Adding new poses. Students will be encouraged to make choices to develop their yoga practice at their own pace.


Thursday Nights
Fusion Yoga: 7:30-8:45pm
This class is suited to all levels, practicing basic poses with extra focus on fitness and strenghtening, followed by stretching and relaxation. Fusion Yoga helps boosts the benefits of your yoga practice by adding strength, resistance and core training to help increase flexibility, decrease stress and help you burn more fat when resting.

Please bring mat and towel/blanket to all classes
1 Class per week $90 (9 classes) 2 Classes per week$120(18 classes)

This class is a great place to start-Great for all levels of yogi

This class is a great place to learn some new intermediate poses as well as helping to open our hips and build a strong core - Great for all levels of yogi

This class incorporates yoga and strength training - Great for all levels of yogi

Please arrive on time. IF you are late please enter and join the class as quietly as possible.
