Untamed Balance Yoga March Schedule of Classes

Tuesday Nights
Beginner Yoga 6:30-7:30 pm
This class is a great place to start-Great for all levels of yogi

Open Hips-Strong Core-Intermediate Yoga 7:45-9pm
This class is a great place to learn some new intermediate poses as well as helping to open our hips and build a strong core - Great for all levels of yogi

Thursday Nights
Fusion Yoga 7:30-8:45pm
This class incorporates yoga and strength training - Great for all levels of yogi

All Classes are held at 215 Main Street - 2nd Floor - Above Source For Sports

Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle and blanket/towel to class
Please arrive on time. IF you are late please enter and join the class as quietly as possible.
